Order/Delivery Information


1. Order
Add delicious items of your choice to your shopping basket.
Please keep in mind that the minimum order amount required is £39.99.

2. Checkout
Submit your delicious items to the check out and add any delivery instructions/gift messages.
Pay for your order.
If you have a discount code you will be able to enter this on the last screen of the checkout process. 

3. Delivery
Deliveries are made via a third party courier Tuesday - Friday.
You can choose which day your parcel is delivered on and any order placed before 2pm Monday - Thursday can be delivered next day.
Our meals are delivered frozen and are packed in high quality insulated containers to ensure that they are still frozen when you receive them.
Please note, delivery is only to mainland UK, excluding parts of Scotland. If you are unsure or live in a remote area, please call us to find out if we can deliver to you.

4. Returns
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your items, or any part of the delivery service please do contact us as soon as possible by telephone or email. You can email us by contacting hello@lovefoodreadymeals.com or by using the enquiry form on our contact page.

As we sell perishable goods, we ask that you, the customer, inspect the food once you have opened the box.
If you are unhappy with your goods we ask that you contact us immediately.
We are happy to exchange/refund any items which you feel do not meet our quality standards, or any item that has been damaged in transit.

If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can rectify this. We operate an open and honest policy at Love Food and will work hard to act on any problems.
